The space

Located within an important park, the villa offers privacy, excellent services and a harmonious environment overlooking a swimming pool for exclusive use and tennis court.
The surface area of ​​approximately 900 m2 comfortably accommodates 16 guests up to a maximum of 18 people, it is composed of three floors connected by a staircase of great charm and representation.
The ground floor offers large spaces and continuous views towards the outdoor relaxation area with a large swimming pool and services. Inside, in addition to the large entrance hall, which connects the two wings of the villa, there is a large living room with fireplace and TV area, the dining room, the kitchen equipped for every type of service, two bathrooms and the laundry area.
On the first floor there are five bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, dressing room and private bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi, the second bedroom has two single beds. The remaining three bedrooms on the floor have double beds and there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
On the second floor, attic, there are three bedrooms, the first with a double bed and private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with shower. A Turkish bath completes the floor.
All the bedrooms on each floor are equipped with TV and air conditioning, each piece of furniture is finely cared for in every detail.

The outdoor area is dominated by the heated saltwater pool and offers a hydromassage area and is completed with a functional pool house with changing room and 2 bathrooms with shower.
This extraordinary property is completed by a tennis court (multipurpose because it can also be used for other sports), a bowling green.

Villa Virginia is located in the center of the city of Stresa, a stone's throw from every type of service and the shores of Lake Maggiore.
Stresa is the town par excellence of Lake Maggiore, located in a magnificent panoramic position and is characterized by the rich presence of villas, parks, gardens and a scenic lakefront that combines with the spectacle offered by the Borromean Islands and Mount Mottarone.
